Skvělá komunikace a ochota. Vše rychle dodáno a kompletně nainstalováno. Jsem velmi spokojen a nakonec jsme Reponio využili v celé naší tělocvičně, kde nám šetří obrovské množství místa. Postupně se chystáme tímto systémem vybavit veškeré úložné prostory.

Bohužel nespokojení. Došlo k chybě od výrobce a reponio nenašlo cestu jak zakázku kompenzovat.

Dobrý den, po obdržení reklamace instalační lišty za 354,- Kč, jsme Vám obratem volali ( v neděli ), že Vám ji obratem doručíme a vyměníme ( také v neděli ). To jste odmítl, protože jste systém s touto výrobní vadou nainstaloval při zachování 100% funkčnosti. Dále jsme Vám nabídli slevu na další nákup, kterou jste také odmítl. Jediné co jste požadoval, byla kompenzace ve výši 3000,- Kč ke které nevidíme žádný důvod.
